Role Description

As Business Manager, you will contribute to the strategy of Movify and to its growth. Your main focus will be on client management activities and on the acquisition of new clients, with the aim of increasing the value delivered to our clients and to improve turnover and cross-selling. You will be responsible for your own business unit.

Your role is not, however, limited to commercial development. You will play an important role in human resource management in your business unit, recruiting and advising the consultants who join your team, and helping them to grow along their professional development path.

Identify and develop new businesses

  • Build business strategy to leverage market opportunities
  • Identify business targets
  • Prospect new customers
  • Understand the technical, business and human challenges of client projects
  • Shape the best answer (team, expertise, pricing) in the shortest time
  • Ensure bid management
  • Nourish relationship with existing contact
  • Negotiate and close deals

Recruit and select

  • Screen job boards to identify candidates aligned with the business strategy of Movify
  • Call, meet and evaluate candidates
  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to anticipate on future projects

Manage your Business Unit

  • Hire consultants and grow your Business Unit
  • Ensure people management and talent development
  • Follow-up your projects on a frequent basis
  • Monitor your P&L and build your own growth strategy
